Speaking Friends
I am also married to a great man who supports me unconditionally, but that was not always the case.
Having experienced divorce, being a single mother, and an entrepreneur,
I have experienced a lot of heartaches, failure, and loneliness while also struggling with a lifetime of anxiety.
On the flip side, my husband and I now share 6 kids.
I love orchids, animals (especially dogs… and elephants), being in nature, traveling,
and I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
I find my greatest passion in teaching science-backed strategies
to individuals world-wide through coaching,
presenting workshops for successful companies,
and occasionally, high-end floral designs.
And while I am quite happy now, it was not always that way.
You see, until recently, I spent the majority of my life
not knowing how to say no to others,
feeling guilty
for not being successful in the ways that I wanted to be,
and using the excuse that I was not successful
because I was helping and serving others.
The problem was, every time I said yes to someone else’s happiness,
I was saying no to my own.
I felt resentful.
I felt taken advantage of.
Living the “Good Girl Syndrome" to be a good daughter,
mother, a good wife, and a good daughter of God,
I was living for everyone else.
I was slowly dying inside.
But no more.
I have spent many years working on my own happiness with the help
of amazing coaches,
along with different therapies, including art therapy
and using other outlets involving creativity to heal.
Every day I am facing my fears, re-discovering my true authentic self,
using my voice, sharing my truth,
and now in addition to the training I received from (Tony) Robbins
and (Chloe) Madanes Coach training in Strategic Intervention,
I am now sharing all of that knowledge with my clients all around.
I love who I am becoming!
And I love helping others improve their relationships not only with others,
with their God, but especially with themselves,
so they can live their most authentic,
best life!
I believe that we only go through difficult challenges in life to be able to help others.
I hope you have not had to experience some of the things I have,
but if parts of my story are also your story, if you feel like you have lost yourself too,
if you are struggling in a relationship with a spouse,
and if these heartaches are keeping you from living your best authentic lifeSmall,
Please reach out.
I would love to help you fast track your healing so you
do not have to struggle another day,
Either way,
It would be my pleasure to call you my friend!
